V Slot Rail Corner Bracket with Flat Side
thingiverse
I desperately needed to mount a cable clamp onto the wire loom of my XY axis, yet had none of those essential metal corner blocks at hand. I cleverly resolved this problem by manufacturing one side entirely flat, retaining only the pre-existing M3 hole in place - exactly what it would be like to eliminate the nubs from a standard metal corner block. The tiny hole destined for the cable clamp was tight enough that I could bypass adding any nut altogether; view my other photographs for more comprehensive details of my intricate installation process.
