I made a printable counterpart to V Slot Rail in aluminum for use with ABS and PLA. The design boasts several key features: Its corners are reinforced internally Thick channels are built into the design Exterior corners are smooth to touch I created this design as a small STL file (20mm x 20mm x 10mm). To print it, simply increase the height of the file in your slicer or printing software. Note: To ensure successful printing, try using the Z Axis with some brim support and avoid adding support material.
