V-Slot NEMA 17 offset mounting plate

I couldn't pinpoint the reason why the existing OpenBuilds NEMA 17 mounting plate lets the belt slide along the V-Slot extrusion. My solution was to position the center of the motor and idler pulley so that the belt runs above the surface of the extrusion, making full use of the available space inside the extrusion. Once this design prints out, I'll move on to creating a revised idler pulley mounting plate.
