This is a 3mm thick adapter designed to connect the 5mm hole pattern found in mini v gantry plates to the standard 3mm hole pattern commonly used by most mini kossel carriages. With only 3mm of space available, I opted for 8mm long counter sunk screws, which can be sourced from eBay at http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111725459520. Printer Settings Printer: Mini Kossel Print Options Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Notes: Directly print on the bed without using a raft, as this will help achieve the flattest top and bottom surface possible. Post-Printing Steps Hand Lapping: I manually sanded both surfaces in a figure-eight pattern on a sheet of 400-grit sandpaper, resulting in excellent outcomes.
