These V-slot joiners are designed to connect V-slots along their lengths, allowing for the creation of extrusions with multiple widths. After searching online and in various sources, I developed these myself as existing options didn't meet my needs. If the joiners seem too tight or too loose on your extrusions, try adjusting their length by 0.05 to 0.1mm. These joiners fit securely onto most extrusions with a snug fit.
