V-Slot 2020 panel fixture
thingiverse
I designed these vslot mounts to enable me to install panels on the sides of my 3D printer, a FlyingBear P902 model, but they can be used for various purposes on any V-Slot 2020 rail. After printing, an M4 nut is placed in its slot, the mount is installed on the v-slot profile with the help of one or two M4 T-nuts and one or two M4 screws with 8mm thread length, depending on which mount you need. Next, using one or two other M4 screws, you secure your panels or whatever to the mount points. Tested working perfectly. Edit: January 29th, 2017 I had to rotate 90 degrees the hex nut slot because it would distort the slot while printing the horizontal suspended plane, now it points upwards on the print bed and it's much better. I also modified the clip that sits in the v-slot hole; it was at the same level as the screw holes, but the T-nut wouldn't tighten properly on the frame because of the clip. Print Settings Printer: FlyingBear P902 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 100% Infill: 100% Notes: The parts with no clip do not require supports. The ones with clips need small supports which are easily removed afterwards with a cutter.
