This is a custom-made pulley designed specifically for my polar drawbot. I've successfully printed it out and put it through a rigorous lift test, using thread and a substantial 120g weight to ensure smooth operation. My polar drawbot is equipped with an Arduino board that utilizes the AccelStepper library to control its movements, with specific settings including setMaxSpeed at 1000 steps per second, setAcceleration at 100 units per second squared, and setSpeed at 200 steps per second. If desired, I can easily fine-tune the pulley's performance by modifying the openSCAD code to suit my needs.
