Update 23 March: New Version Online, Follow Remix Link or Via https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3512961 Update 6 Nov: Added PSU Part of Enclosure Update 4 Jan: Added Covers, Sidewalls and Stands Created a small video for the new version, see: https://youtu.be/lnmv40YoaOE for the new version. Please be aware that I am designing a V2 at the moment where my lessons learned are incorporated. For my V-Core, I'm busy creating a tidy enclosure system for a Duet Ethernet, 24V PSU, SSR and cable guidance system. I ordered an extra V-Slot 2020 with a length of 46cm and some brackets to add the 2020 on the lower part of the V-Core frame (see pictures). Duet 3D Ethernet Enclosure The first part that's finished is the enclosure for the Duet 3D Ethernet. Taken into account the minimal 10mm room below the print, I added 2 x 3010 fans (24V for me). Experience has to prove if I need one or two 3010 fans. Because of the extra space between the frame and the bed frame, I will add an extra 15mm of space with the cover. This will make it possible to add switches, SD card reader(s) and a extra frame for a PanelDue (touchscreen). Enclosure Covers/Lids 2019-02-04 Added Covers stands and sidewalls with USB and SD card holder (STL & Source) The cover will also add approximately 1.5 cm of extra height to hold an SD card reader and perhaps some extra switches available on the front side. PSU Enclosure A frame for the PSU and a area to add custom modules with a 35x35 mm mount system. The U frame is also used for cable management. PanelDue A paneldue frame will add the possibility to add a touchscreen to the enclosure system.
