You do not need to modify or move any other parts of your printer to do this.
It is usual for one of the thrust bearing races to have a slighly larger ID (Internal Diameter) than than the other. Place the one with the larger ID into the recepatacle first so that the flat side of the bearing race faces the bearing and the indented side face the VenterMech receptacle.
Place the bearing assembly into the receptacle. Apply a thin smear of lube on this.
Place the second bearing race (with the slightly smaller ID) in the receptacle so that the flat sides of the bearing race faces the bearing and the indented side face the VenterMech star drive.
Install the VenterMech star drive.

It is critical that the flat sides of the bearing races face the bearing assembly.
If you place the grooved side against the bearing assembly this will constrict the movement of the bearing assembly.

Feedback
I (Liam Venter - Liam@FastBikeGear.co.nz) love feedback.
Let me know how you get on.
Remember to post up your before and after photos of prints on the forum where you first heard about the VenterMechs.
