V-Core 1.3 Pro Full Enclosure
thingiverse
__Hey Guys,__ some of you asked for it and now here it is. This is a complete enclosure for the RR V-Core 1.3 Pro. It is designed to use 3mm panels (4mm will work too but will make the lid heavier and therefore you might need a different gas spring). Electronics compartment is sandwiched between the inner and outer bottom panel and because of that hard to reach. If you don't like that you can move the electronics to the rear panel. Therefore you need to redesign the rear panel to use DIN rails for example. I highly recommend to use aluminun for the outer back and bottom panels and also for the front left and right panels. Also make sure to print all the hinges very strong since expecially the hinges for the lid suffer high stress. __Here's the list of parts that need to be sourced:__ - All the panels. Material depending on your choice - A whole bunch of M5x8 screws and T-Slot nuts (250 to be on the safe side) - Some M5x10 screws and T-Slot nuts (25 should do) - 6x 2020 profiles 460mm in length - 4x 2020 profiles 175mm in length with tapping for m5 screws - 16 corner joining plates 90 degree ( https://www.ratrig.com/hardware2/openbuilds/90-degree-joining-plate-black.html ) - gas spring 60N (this one for example https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B089M57DP7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I hope i got it all covered and didn't forget anything ;) __If you like my work and want to support me, you can do this. Here is my Ko-Fi link.__ <p>Ko-Fi: <a href="https://ko-fi.com/supersniffles/"> Buy me a Coffee</a>.</p> Whether you do it or not is entirely up to you. I appreciate any support!
