Modified another V card file from Thingiverse to suit my preferences. I've added the words "Certified Virgin" at an angle, creating a stamped seal effect that can be easily painted due to its raised design. This modification took about 25 minutes to print, and people have shown great enthusiasm for them. I print three at a time and hand them out to friends as a fun surprise, or you can use them to catch someone off guard. For an official look, I recommend printing these in black with white paint on the raised lettering. You can also achieve a less serious feel by using other colors.
