I was determined to create a v belt pulley to attach to my drill, so I could test out an alternator/dynamo. To get started, I designed one in CAD, making sure the dimensions matched those of my engine exactly. Next, I bolted on an M10 bolt and secured it firmly to the drill. After that, I created new files labeled V3b, smoothing out the "command facets" to a precise 10 using Autocad. My previous attempt, V2, wasn't quite as smooth as I liked, but a quick spin with some sandpaper helped fix that issue. Now it's your turn - feel free to modify this design and happy printing!
