The V-1 flying bomb, familiarly dubbed the buzz bomb or doodlebug, was an early precursor to modern cruise missiles. Propelled by a pulse-jet engine, it boasted a range of 250 kilometers and could reach speeds of up to 640 km/h. Officially designated as Fieseler Fi 103 or Flakzielgerät 76 (FZG-76), this missile primarily relied on the power of its Argus Pulsejet engine.
