This is the Uxcell SCS10 LM10UU 10mm linear ball bearing bushing block assembly. It is modelled after the actual part as received from Amazon – measured & reverse engineered.Specifications found online where somewhat incomplete. Hole locations called out a tolerance on +/-2mm – I saw a variability of at least 0.3mm. During modelling, specifications took priority over measurements unless measurements were grossly different. Different, being subjective, was anything consistently over 0.2mm. From 12 purchased Amazon parts, the block dimensions WERE ALL SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT. Also, about 1 in 5 ball bearing bushings were rough. Upon careful examination, the blocks naturally fell into three groups (which likely was from three different manufacturers). The largest group (seven of the twelve) was what I measured and modelled where specifications were lacking. Depending on the precision of your application these blocks are very likely interchangeable, but I did purchase, sort, match and return the “oddballs” to get a matching set. I also contacted Amazon and recommended that they keep an eye on lot numbers and sources for the above reasons to no avail.I am not sure why there are no 3D previews but I think it has to do with SolidWorks being version 2018 SP5. I will do some research.
