The University of Washington's "W" and Washington State University's "Coug Head" form a unique design that can be printed using ReplicatorG software. Scale it to your desired size, then hit print! For optimal results, adjust the settings to 45% fill, .2 layer width, and a printing feed rate of 40. Skeinforge (35) settings are recommended as well. Recently, I switched to MakerWare with 10% infill and still use high-quality Skeinforge profiles for a .1 layer width, making it easier to remove support structures.
