I am using Uvex 204's for years now and I am quite happy with those, except from the rubber on the arms stars disolving very quickly if used for paddling in salt water, playing beach volleyball and cycling as I do. So I designed and printed new arms that work just great - they fit nice and tight that no neck-strap is required. If too tight you can print in PLA and change the shape slightly to your preferred fit by using warm water... :-) Place it in cura on the print bed with the top down and support overhang at 65 degrees and there will be only little support needed and they turn out quite nicely.
