I initially conceived an idea for a mask generator based on a photo. It worked remarkably well. I was intrigued by how precisely it functions, so I ordered an Adafruit VEML6070 sensor, which boasts decent sensitivity in our UV spectrum and comes with a programming library from Adafruit to simplify setup and coding. I've shared everything you need - except for the Mask Generator program itself. I used the Mask Generator available at https://www.patreon.com/GarageScience, and I'm grateful to the individual who generously shared it. There is an unresolved issue that I've already reported: the 2560x1440 resolution cannot be used (at least not by me for any reason). You can use two-thirds of the pixels in both x and y directions and scale the mask to 2560x1440 pixels afterwards with ease. I also designed a housing that can be easily printed using FDM printing. To facilitate wiring, I've written the necessary information directly into the sketch. For those unfamiliar with electronics or Arduino, I've added a wiring diagram. Used Hardware: - Arduino Nano V3 clone without soldered pins (eBay, 1 Euro) - 0.96 inch White I2C IIC Serial 128X64 OLED, Driver IC: SSD1306 (eBay, 3 Euro) - Adafruit VEML6070 Sensor (9 Euro) It's essential to note that the sensor delivers a value ranging from 0 to 100 without any unit, and this is not an actual UV value. Instead, it measures the intensity gradient over the screen, which is essentially what matters. When generating masks, you can adjust the brightness of the image to avoid it being too dark. For me, it doesn't make sense to reduce curing times for "normal" sized objects by going down to the lowest level measured in the outer corners. Have fun.
