Note: Soldering/splicing required. Everything except the grommet-less lower base has been printed and assembled. Unfortunately, it appears that the photos of nail polish curing lamps on Amazon are incorrect. If you purchase the lamps listed below, they may not work with rammii's original awesome design. Rammii was kind enough to provide source files, allowing me to make changes to accommodate this unexpected complication. Strangely, the upper base shows a square ring that secures the turntable in Fusion360, when exported, the ring is missing. I didn't notice this until I had printed the upper base. Due to this, I created the Turntable Basin. The good news is that it means the tray can be created in different shapes/sizes if needed. Pieces/Changes: Board Holder: I added lower clips to hold the new board and a U-shaped holder for wire management. Upper Base: Added extra holes to handle rotated lamp holders and extended cable slots to help deal with shorter cables. Unfortunately, one set of wires will need to be lengthened by about 5 CM. I couldn't find an acceptable way around this without completely redesigning the curing station's base. The wire should be 20AWG or larger. Lower Base: Added a hole for the fuse and adjusted every other switch/button hole. One version of the lower base allows the factory grommet to remain on the power cable, one doesn't. Using the grommet, I broke the tab between the power cable and the power switch. I ended up gluing the tab back into place with super glue and glued the switch and cord with hot glue. Everything was printed on an Original Prusa i3 Mk3 using Amazon Basics PLA. (I may upgrade to PET in the future.) Supports required for TurntableBasin.stl and either lower base.
