Create a UV Light 3D Printer using Pla filament and ESun printer. Start by gathering the following materials: 1 x Arduino Board 1 x UV LED strip (available on Amazon) 1 x Power Supply (6V, 2A) 1 x Jumper Wires 1 x Heat Sink for UV LED strip 1 x Aluminum Plate or other heat-conductive material First, connect the power supply to the Arduino board. Make sure to use a secure connection by tightening all screws. Next, attach the UV LED strip to the aluminum plate using a strong adhesive. Ensure that it is centered and evenly spaced. Connect the jumper wires from the Arduino board to the UV LED strip. Make sure the connections are secure and will not come loose during printing. Install the ESun printer software on your computer by following the manufacturer's instructions. After installation, select the Pla filament option when prompted to do so. Select the 3D model you wish to print, then send it to the ESun printer. The UV light is necessary for curing the Pla filament after each layer has been printed. This will allow the 3D object to be stable and not fragile.
