UV LED nail lamp.
thingiverse
I use an LED nail lamp for a single finger, featuring a power button and connection via USB. The lamp is based on the UV LED EDEV-1LA1, which I detail in this video http://youtu.be/Hj5XnR12chk, as well as another tutorial found here http://youtu.be/GlA-KjwMlBs. I've performed a complete overhaul of the lamp for manicures. The improvements include an additional LED and enhancements to the enclosure. Instructions are below: Main Components: The lamp requires the following key components: NSI50350AST3G - A constant current LED driver designed by On Semi, accessible here: http://www.onsemi.ru.com/pub_link/Collateral/NSI50350AS-D.PDF EDEV-1LA1 - UV LEDs from Edison Opto, detailed in this document: http://edison-opto.com.ua/doc/UV_Edixeon_v1.1.pdf Microswitch TACT PCB, available at TME EU with documentation accessible here: http://www.tme.eu/en/Document/fc4b091434be7442f4b5d56cf1ece96e/dtsm32n.pdf
