UV exposure unit for double-sided photo PCB

I designed this box specifically to expose double-sided photo PCBs to UV light, and I wanted to create it with a simple clip system that wouldn't require screws or tools for assembly. The underpart and upper part of the box are always two separate components because they need to accommodate the slide-in placement of both the UV LED PCB and the glass plate. This design allows users to easily access these components without having to remove any parts. This box can also be used for applying UV curable solder mask, making it a versatile tool for various projects. A test/batman picture can even be displayed on one side, adding a touch of personality to the device. The electric system is straightforward and easy to use: a single button on the left side switches between permanent light, off, or timer mode. Two buttons underneath the timer allow users to set the time, while another button located at the top of the box starts the countdown. I used PLA for 3D printing in 0.2 mm layers to create this design. For anyone who wants to customize their own version, I've designed it in Solidworks and included part files for easy modification. Here are the print settings I used: Printer: Craftbot Rafts: No Supports: Yes (only used for the clip system on the four parts) Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Supports were used to ensure a perfect fit of the clip system on all four parts. A 20% infill was chosen to give it some solidness, but less can also be used if preferred.
