UV Curing Station

This project is inspired by the amazing "Photon-inspired resin print curing chamber" made by Depronized, and the platform and gears have been reused and remixed from that design. But the rest of the design is completely mine. Mechanical: The enclosure should of course be printed with an FDM machine (I used a Prusa i3 MK3S). The parts "encoder-wheel-35mm", "start_button" and "stop_button" are designed to be printed using a resin printer (I used an Anycubic Photon). Shrinkage may vary depending on the resin used, but there are some tolerances added so padding or shims might be needed to fit those parts. The windows of the top cover and the control panel cover is made from 3mm acrylic sheet stock. The drawings can be found in the "acrylics.zip" file. I have added the Fusion360 Archive file, making it possible to modify this design/remix it. Please be aware that I'm a complete beginner using F360, so there are lots of errors in the design which could make editing difficult. I have no intention to fix that, since I was able to produce the STL that I needed. Electronics: The Schematic diagrams and the EBOM can be found in the electronics.zip file. There is no PCB design done since I used prototype PCBs for my build. However, jasonmrc has done a PCB based on the design, with some added improvements and features: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4415582 The design is made in KiCAD (https://www.kicad-pcb.org/). The design database can be found in the archive file "kicad_curing_station.zip". The components have been sourced through local Swedish shops or from Banggood. There is a BOM with examples of sources in the file BOM.zip. Software: I used an Arduino Pro Mini (5V version) in this project. The software was developed using Atom editor with the PlatformIO plugin enabled (https://atom.io/). It should be possible to port to Arduino IDE without too much effort, I guess...
