UV Curing Station

thingiverse

This UV curing station for resin prints folds up to swing open and closed, with two compact UV nail curing boxes securely attached via pivoting wood. Constructed from durable melamine wood, just 6.23mm thick, this design is optimized for precision and efficiency. The assembly process utilizes sturdy 1" 6-32 screws and nuts, ensuring a robust structure that can withstand daily use. For now, the nail curing boxes are temporarily secured with a black RTV silicon adhesive, sanded smooth to create a stable bond. Though it may not be a permanent solution, this setup has proven effective so far. This innovative design is a direct remix of the linked reference, expertly crafted using DesignSpark Mechanical. The accompanying RSDOC source file provides a comprehensive understanding of the design process, while multiple export filetypes offer flexibility for various applications.
