UV chamber extension - for nail UV curing lamp

This laser cut extension/riser accommodates the typical UV nail curers to fit larger SLA prints inside, maximizing the build volume of the Peopoly MOAI SLA resin 3D printer. The curing chamber measures approximately 14 cm x 14 cm x 18 cm high. It also works for the Formlabs Form1. Material: This extension requires 3mm MDF or plywood. In the US, adjust for the thickness of the MDF accordingly. Instructions: Assemble the 3 sidewalls by gluing them together. Then glue the stand piece into the center wall from the back and attach the last piece at the back. Finally, add the top plate by gluing it on. Line the inside of the chamber with aluminium foil or better yet, aluminium tape. Also do this for the front cover. Position your UV lamp on top, place the removable bottom plate at the bottom, and have the front cover slide onto the little hooks. This extension is specifically designed for our particular UV nail curer, featuring 4 holes in the top plate for round feet. Adjust accordingly for your unique unit.
