Once printed, these inserts fit directly into the top of the riser and helps to center a frame wheel and help to prevent it from moving. This should allow wheels with the width of 19.05mm to be used. If it doesn't work with your particular wheels, feel free to modify for personal use to your specific wheel size. I've been using this for awhile now and haven't had any issues.
