Utility Cabinet Meter Square Keys Print at 80% infill for maximum strength. The square section boasts curved edges, a thoughtful design detail. The initial print of a 6.5mm square was not entirely successful, primarily due to insufficient infill density - only 30% - which compromised the key's ability to withstand the 7.9mm square hole in my meter cupboard. However, a 7.02mm size printed at 80% infill proves highly effective. A 6.5mm square with an 80% infill would likely have been successful if used. This design is most accurately classified as an 8mm square hole.
