To remedy my cleaver's rattling in a drawer, I designed this knife holder with a 3mm x 210mm slot and a 50mm deep channel. Printed on a Solidoodle 3 in PLA at 25mm layer thickness and 15% infill, it required rotating the model 45 degrees to fit the bed. If using PVA coated bed, ensure proper heating to prevent issues like I faced.
