Final Version2: all parts updated to match 16t pulleys, optical endstops added (Note: MainBodyV2 was missing blower mount feature, MainBodyV3 fixes that) Use with custom 70mm Y carriage available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2448828 Features: - 30 or 40mm hotend cooling fan - 4020 part cooling blower - hotend centered between bearings - up to 12mm in diameter hole for a proximity probe (like PINDA) - X belt tensioning/mount - unibody design, few fasteners - notably, side with two bearings restricts motion to X axis, third, single bearing restricts movement in Z (up/down) direction. - part cooling shroud is mounted with only one screw, when loosened it will swing down giving access to the hotend and nozzle. - hotend is closer to the pivot point of the carriage, cutting down magnitude of positional error and ringing. Main Body optimized for: .4mm walls 10 to 12 perimeters 10% infill Print with no supports on it's face, where 30mm fan is Print beltclamps on their side with supports for proper layer direction.
