This revised version of nestor_d's 'USS Enterprise NCC-1701' model has been re-topologized for better triangulation and stronger engine support struts. The print settings include a 1mm skin thickness, 2 loops, 0.5mm extrusion and infill width, and 0.2mm layer thickness. Medium support is added at a 35-degree angle with 1mm inflation, while a grid raft serves as the base. Using natural PLA filament with temperatures of 200°C for the main material and 205°C for the first layer, this model will be printed on a Gigabot with a 0.5mm extruder and an unheated aluminum bed covered in Scotch blue painter's tape at 40mm/s loop speed.
