A Basic USPSA Target for Dry Fire Practice. When using this target with an actual firearm, ensure it is completely unloaded. In fact, follow Cooper's rules to the letter! I assume no liability for reckless behavior or negligence. 1. All firearms are always loaded. 2. Never allow the muzzle to point at anything you're not prepared to destroy entirely. 3. Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are centered on the target. 4. Verify your target, and be aware of what lies beyond it.
