The H&K USP 45 rail adapter features three holes to accommodate a 135mm Picatinny rail section. I employed a heated hobby tool to melt the Picatinny rail nuts into place for maximum security. Additionally, red threadlocker is applied to the Picatinny rail bolts, preventing them from loosening due to shock and vibration.
