I manufacture components for my USMILE 210 frame here. One approach I take is to lower the top plate down to 30 mm standoffs so camera mounts, which had to be shrunk in size, fit perfectly. These mounts are printed in PLA at .25 layer height and consistently result in the ideal height within the frame. To ensure a snug fit, I use pliers to compress the end notched nipples slightly, allowing them to slide into the frame slots more easily. The rear SMA holder is printed in TPU and serves as a flexible component that slides over the rear standoffs. It has through holes for zip ties that hold it securely in place, working effectively so far. I designed the GoPro Session Pod by remixing another user's design, which I downloaded from an STL file, but unfortunately cannot recall the original poster to give proper credit. The pod is printed upright with "Everywhere" selected as the orientation. While one side appears jagged due to support material remnants, this issue does not concern me. I use a Monoprice mini printer connected to Cura 15.x version to produce these components. If needed, I can share my TPU settings for reference. My intention is that these designs will benefit others who might otherwise have to start from scratch, saving them time and effort in the process. **Update: 04292018 - I revised the FPV Cam mount as it was slightly too tall when initially posted.
