Using Dominoes to create sound
thingiverse
I embarked on completing the Makerbot Curriculum Creator certificate with a clear vision: to craft a lesson that visually represented sound in 3D form. As I progressed, my objective shifted towards creating a musical instrument through sound and 3D printing. However, this ambitious goal proved daunting, so I opted to narrow down the scope by focusing on one aspect of Sound - an area likely to captivate students' interest. To achieve this, I combined two elements that resonated with me: domino toppling, which fascinates me despite my lack of proficiency, and 3D printing.
