Useless Machine..Without arduino
thingiverse
Useless arduino requires a real arduino board. A lot of time was wasted editing existing STL files, so every piece was re-designed except for the lever. This version demands a modified servo motor, a double pole double throw toggle and a Lever Switch. I want to thank KosselOwner for an incredibly original design idea. Hope they don't mind that some modifications were made. Instructions Several Makerware default settings have been tested by me with printed models of this thing. Turn the servo into a simple geared motor by modifying it. This is shown in pictures included in pics.zip file. Assemble all soldered connections together Place the lever on the modified servo. Mount the servo (use the guide to see how wiring07 should be) Position the toggle switch next to the power wires. Most of the time, a Lever Switch will easily stay in place if pressed onto the thing. However, if this doesn't work, glue it in. A double pole double throw 2-position on-on switch is required from RadioShack for this version of instructions. Also use one small micro-switch with lever (from RadioShack). The toggle switches with plastic toggles tend to be really hard to flip... Get the all-metal type instead. They're much better in this case. Things are probably working backwards if power wires need reversing!
