Useless Machine with N20 motor and DPDT switch (useless box)
thingiverse
This Useless Machine uses an N20 motor to move the arm. No electronics are required. No power is used when in state of rest. A DPTP switch and a limit switch control everything. All mechanism parts are mounted to a single plate that snaps in place. Most of the pieces snap together, except for the door hinge and motor mount which both require screws. A 3D printable battery box is included but any battery box could be used. See materials list below and photos for assembly details. Based on [FUN] Useless Box by Florent_Degouve Circuit diagram image borrowed from https://www.instructables.com/Useless-Box-V1/ If you use this, please post a make with a photo. If you modify it, add your version as a remix. I love to see other people making use of things I have designed.
