These dice will test your QR code skills! Instead of traditional number patterns, each face features a unique QR code design. To play, simply roll the dice and scan the codes with your smartphone to reveal the numbers. This updated version improves on the original Useless Dice model by using a Ruby script to generate QR code patterns for each face, which are then exported as OpenSCAD files for 3D printing. For single-color printers, print the core in light color and insert modeling clay into the holes for dark pips; finish with clear nail polish remover when dry. Dualstruder printers can load both models, printing the core in light color and the pips in dark color.
