Useless Cup

It's essentially an ordinary drinking vessel, except for one major flaw - its inability to contain liquids due to the deliberate perforations at the base. Still, this unusual cup retains some functionality, allowing users to store writing instruments within its hollow interior. Consequently, while it may not be utterly useless, its primary purpose is still better served by relegating it to a cabinet or cupboard storage space.
