Useless Box
thingiverse
This is my version of a highly functional box. I went online to find a customizable one and was frustrated when none fit my needs, so I created this one using fusion360 with the intention that it would be easy to print and assemble. I used a modified standard servo (futaba FP-S148) that can be found by following an excellent guide on instructables here http://www.instructables.com/id/Remove-a-Servo-Controller/. A small micro switch http://www.ebay.com/itm/10-pc-TEMCo-Micro-Limit-Switch-Lever-Arm-Subminiature-SPDT-Snap-Action-LOT-/281353659655?hash=item4181fc2507:g:xcgAAMXQ9otTj4uW can be obtained from a reliable seller, as well as a micro toggle switch with two poles and an on/off feature. A holder for four AA batteries is also required. In addition to these parts, you will need numerous M3 bolts and several M4 nuts and bolts. Please watch this instructional video to see how the assembly process works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TG3i88PaUQ I am creating a tutorial on assembling the box, but it will take some time.
