Useless and impossible to print (?)

I was feeling restless and designed this thing from scratch. I'm curious to see if it's feasible to 3D print it - my trusty Ender is up for the challenge, even at a scaled-down version. The design's functionality still remains unclear to me, but its appearance really caught my eye. If anyone else is feeling creative and wants to give printing it a shot, please let me know how it turns out. I've also included an stp file if you'd like to modify parts of the design to suit your needs.
