To print tall objects, I divide them into halves and attach screws for easy assembly post-printing. The screw is highly beneficial in this process. To ensure a snug fit, when creating the female screw using 3D CAD, increase its size by 10% on both the X and Y axes. For ABS prints, pre-treat the screw threads with acetone or enamel remover prior to tightening for a permanent bond.
