Human: Modified from this auto coin sorter I revised the OpenSCAD file to adjust the nozzle size from .4 to .5 and the coin arrays to only support the main four USD coins (Pennies, Nickels, Dimes, Quarters) I attempted to print KeelinJ's remix but the back of the basebox didn't print since my nozzle is a bit bigger than the Ultimaker Directions for use To store a coin, you may release a coin from the rightmost top and it will slide down the hill and go into the right tube. To get a coin, you may pull the whole rack out and take out any coin. Printing (copied from youngkat's instructions) These directions below are especially for Ultimaker2 printer and Cura software. Please adjust any parameter as needed if you're using other software. Use 'normal' quality. Or if you're an expert, consider using the settings provided below. Print the top board Cura expert settings: Layer height = 0.1mm, Shell thickness = 2.4mm, Bottom/top thickness = 1.5mm. Print! Print the base box Cura expert settings: Layer height = 0.1mm, Shell thickness = Bottom/top thickness = 1.2mm. Tune retraction settings at the printer: Retraction length = 3mm. Print! Print the tubes. Same settings as step 3. Assemble them together. Done! Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Maker Select 3d Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .5 Infill: 20%
