uSD Card Magnetic Box (3x5 uSD cards)

<p>I wanted to have a compact box to organize my uSD cards. They needed to be easily accessible and organizable and I wanted the box to be held tightly shut by hidden magnets embedded into the design.<br/> The hinges I also wanted to be printed in place - being small while still sturdy enough to withstand daily use.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>This uSD card box is designed to be held tightly shut by four 5x5x5mm magnets, embedded during the print into the prepared hidden openings.</p> <p>For this to work, it is adviced to add a stop mark into the slice file to know exactly when the right time has come to embed the magnets.</p> <p>In PrusaSlicer this can done with a color change mark for the first layer above the magnet compartments.</p> <p>For the top and bottom perimeters I recommend a Hilbert-Curve fill pattern as it produces a beautiful almost magicially shining surface.</p> <p>I printed on my Original Prusa Mini with 0.15 Quality setting with Galaxy Silver PLA Prusament.</p>
