I used an airsoft AGM MG42 as a base, I removed all the airsoft internals. In the rear grip the internal and external parts of the stock are designed to correct the off-center of the stock tube, so it will be centered with the body. I used a 22mm steel tube to mount the Magura lever and the neoprene grip, once everything is well centered, the three screws are drilled to the steel tube (4.2 bit) and threaded to M5, so the whole thing is very solid. For the guard I used an aluminum tube of 50mm x 0,75 For the connection tube I used a copper tube 18mm x 212mm, the bushings are glued on this tube and the cable of the handle goes inside with a spring (inner diameter 8mm and outer diameter 10.5mm) to keep the handle in place. The cable runs through the trigger. The trigger has two springs, one to hold it in place and the other, the one with the cable, is to compensate for the difference in travel of the lever and the trigger. A mounting lever guide is also mounted to prevent the lever from slipping out and to guide it better. The mounting lever has two bushings to increase the diameter to 22mm. The ammunition counter is prepared to take a 3-digit indicator, the electronics can be installed in the magazine. The counter is attached to the magazine and magazine cover with two screws mounted from the inside out. The smartgun mounting bracket is made of 3mm steel plate, the lower cylinder is bolted to the body with a nut on the inside and the shaft is made on a lathe, also bolted to the body and with a nut on the inside. The steadicam bracket is made with two aluminum brackets with bronze bearings and a steel piece where the safety pin fits, this way it is easy and fast to assemble and disassemble the smartgun. The front handlebar is made of welded 22mm steel tube, the light control is from a kawasaki KZ750. The footpegs are bolted to the handguard, I have placed steel nuts inside and glued with two-component glue so that the force is done on the nuts. the union tube of the footpegs I have threaded it to M6. The IR camera bolts to the handguard and I mounted a lens from a 22mm binoculars. The muzzle crown is glued The battery is divided into two parts with the housing for the connectors. 2-7-22 I have updated "pistol grip housing" and "cylinder head exterior". 17-12-22 I have updated the rear guard part, removed the wavy part and added the correct shaped part. I have also updated the magazine, now there is a V (Vasquez) and a D (Drake) magazine. I have also added a box and a supplement in case you want to mount the digital indicator. The indicator is composed of a voltmeter, a DC voltage regulator, a switch and three 9v batteries connected in series to have 27V. With the potentiometer of the regulator it is necessary to put 20VDC of output. To the voltmeter I have painted with black paint the points, so instead of seeing 20.0 VDC you see 200. The purple plastic of the voltmeter I have replaced it with a darker one to make it look better. It's a simple way to have an illuminated digital display.
