These files contain the parts needed to make a dropship pilot helmet. Included are the assemblies put together and all the parts separately. Original parts are required: Gentex Helmet SPH-4 Hama trigger cables Pump hoses Files beginning with (right) and (left) are those required to assemble the side assemblies. Files (D) and (I) are the separate parts of the joined files, in case you want to make them separately or combine them with original parts. The hull is convenient to cut it a little smaller and make it bigger little by little, checking the size and position of the pieces. On the right side you can print the complete assembly or the assembly without the 3.5 jack nut and the plastruct LF-312, to facilitate the painting. The thread of the 3.5 jack connector is very fine, if you add too much paint you will not be able to thread the nut. It is possible to mount an original nut of a 3.5" jack connector. The hose guides need to be filed and puttied so that they are flush with the hull. I attach a 2.5mm stiff wire to the Belvin and hoses to keep the shape. The clamp that holds the Hama wires is made with 1.75mm wire. When cutting the hull and put metal plates inside the hull is very narrow, you have to cut the hull, where the speakers are, to gain space, you have to remove the oval part.
