USBtin D-SUB case
thingiverse
This is a perfect application for the USBtin (https://www.fischl.de/usbtin/) CAN bus USB adapter, designed to safeguard the PCB while seamlessly integrating with the popular D-SUB connector. The lid should fit snugly into place, providing a secure yet not overly rigid fit. To assemble this device, begin by securing the PCB in place using two M2*4 self-tapping screws. Next, connect the CAN bus wires to the D-SUB interface via soldering, then link them to the USBtin using screw terminals. A standard panel mount female d-sub connector socket and matching mounting bolts are required for the D-SUB connection.
