The two-part USBASP V2 case clicks into place: the top piece lands first, followed by the bottom, which features hooks that snap onto the connector. I revamped it because the single-piece design had no provision for jumpers, forcing their removal – an inconvenient necessity. However, I appreciated the screwless assembly feature and its potential to remain accessible even in case of a blown fuse. The letters are tricky to get right despite using a small nozzle; some carving with a needle may be necessary to achieve perfection.
