One of the moments I love about 3D printing is having a problem, solving it in CAD, and then taking out the result from the 3D printer just a moment later. I used to keep a slim USB stick attached to my keychain, but they always stopped working after a while. This little cover should solve that issue for me. To get it right, I had to scale up slightly in the slicer to find the perfect balance between fitting tightly and being easy to remove. My settings were 105% scale on the longer side of the opening and 102% on the shorter side. Your printer's specifications may vary, so be sure to check those out. There are two versions available: one with a wall thickness of 2 paths and another with 3.
