To rectify a malfunctioning cap model, I modified its design and dimensions. Following disassembly of a USB stick, I used Blender's text tool to add my name, optimally placed on the sides. After ensuring accurate fitment with measurements, I printed two parts. Finally, I secured the USB circuit board in the case using glue on the connector for optimal load distribution.
