USB Reel screw edit

I modified the screw component. This attachment only contains the revised screw. The flat head was reduced in size because it was too large for my largest flat head - two could fit inside. A butter knife can be used to screw it in. The primary issue I encountered was that the screw would jam, and when pulling the USB cable to unwind it, the screw would unscrew as well. This caused some frustration. Over the past few days, I've compared my modified screw with the original one. The original screw consistently came loose whenever I used it, but mine has held up better and never loosened for me. Since this is just the screw component, you can keep your printed copies of the other parts if you've already printed them.
