USB Racer
thingiverse
I created this based on the design of Voyager and Kingston jump drives. To bring it to life, I used ABS model material and strategically added supports where needed. My industrial printer made all the difference, so I'm unsure how well it would fare on a hobby printer. For now, print one body front, one body rear, four wheels, and four hubs. Be prepared to sand down the hubs slightly to ensure smooth wheel rotation - I also found it necessary to secure them in place with glue. As for the logo, I simply gave it a fresh coat of paint. Other brands might work, but Voyager and Kingston were the ones I had on hand.
